Luxury DAMAC Tower Development is completed in Nine Elms

Damac tower nine elms

Designed by architect firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, and with stunning luxury interiors by Versace Home, the DAMAC Tower development in Nine Elms is now 100% complete and ready for residents to move in.

Already referred to locally as the ‘Jenga’ building thanks to sculptural box-like qualities, the DAMAC Tower is the latest skyscraper to be completed in the Nine Elms district and offers a combination of residential, retail and office space. It’s also the first development to be completed in Europe by Dubai developer DAMAC Properties.

The buildings

The building, a cluster of different height towers made from terracotta, reconstituted stone and glass, ensure there’s a playfulness to the building shape, irrespective of which angle its viewed from. A slender 50 storey north tower and lower 24 storey south tower, offers up 450 studio and one, two and three-bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses. While five storeys of glass fronted office space bridge the two buildings, along with a connecting sky bridge that leads to an extensive roof garden.

As well as the 36,000 sq ft of office space, there’s 9,000 sq ft of ground floor retail.

All the apartments have winter gardens with panoramic views of London, including the iconic Battersea Power Station and the River Thames. You can find out more about the DAMAC Tower development here.

The interiors

It’s the lavish interiors that ramp up the glamour stakes though. Designed in partnership with Versace Home, the open plan living areas combine classical motifs and elegant craftsmanship, and include American oak flooring, and hand-crafted Italian marble flooring and bathrooms. The Versace style can be found everywhere, from the mosaic walls of the spa to the intricate inlay on the bedroom doors.

It’s the first time the fashion house has collaborated with a residential development of this size.

The facilities

There are a range of facilities residents can enjoy including a state-of-the-art gym, an expansive indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, residents’ lounge and cinema. Plus, almost 10,000 square foot of landscaped roof gardens and terraces, as well as a fully equipped children’s play area.
