Getting to Battersea Power Station has just become even easier. A new step-free entrance to the Northern Line station opened today on Electric Boulevard, providing a second fully accessible route into and out of Battersea Power Station Underground Station.
The new entrance features two escalators and a lift, offering direct step-free access from street to train. This improvement makes travelling simpler for passengers with mobility needs, parents with buggies, and anyone carrying heavy luggage or shopping.
Located on the newly pedestrianised Electric Boulevard high street, the entrance offers more direct access for those travelling to and from the west, as well as to the Power Station’s expanding retail and dining destinations.
This convenient connection links directly to some of Battersea Power Station’s most popular brands, including ZARA, Massimo Dutti, Borough Kitchen, RNLT Battersea, LEON, and Boots Beauty, with more stores set to open soon.
The addition of the new entrance increases station capacity and further enhances accessibility across the Battersea Power Station development — continuing the area’s transformation into one of London’s most connected and vibrant destinations.
