The Corniche

Welcome to The Corniche

Unbeatable panoramic views of London’s most iconic landmarks including the Houses of
Parliament

Designed by internationally acclaimed architectural practice Foster + Partners and named after a road on the side of a mountain, the art deco inspired, aesthetically pleasing curves of The Corniche are instantly recognisable.

The Development

Enjoying a central location on London’s Albert Embankment, The Corniche is a mixed-use development consisting of three elegant towers ranging from 15–27 storeys high and providing 253 generously-sized 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. All apartments have been designed to maximise the world-class views with floor to ceiling windows.

The facilities, which include an indoor pool and spa, and a skyline club bar and terrace on the 19th floor, have been inspired by some of London’s historic private clubs. And with a nod to Art Deco, combine old school glamour with contemporary materials and technology.

But The Corniche is really all about the views. From the curved balconies, which enable wide ‘cinemascope’ perspectives, residents enjoy a vista that includes the Houses of Parliament, Battersea Power Station, The London Eye and towards The City.

The elegant interiors, designed by Goddard Littlefair, combine texture and grandeur and combine Art Deco heritage with a modern sensibility. Each apartment is open plan and finished with state-of-the-art electronics, wood flooring, under floor heating and comfort cooling.

At ground level the development includes tranquil gardens, designed by landscape architects Townshends, which are screened from the road by a landscaped water feature and seating areas, as well as a public piazza.

Close By

Restaurants and cafes are integral part of this development. So there are plenty of places to eat and relax, right on your doorstep.
